Office Administrator
Merretts Heating Services Ltd would like to recruit an office administrator to join the small, family run business in Frocester.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic team player who will assist in organising engineers, planning routes, booking appointments with customers on the phone, and email, and other general office duties when required. good communication skills are required, the office is fast paced with constantly changing priorities. Full training will be given for this role.
This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week from 08.00 to 5.00pm, with a half day per week, we also work 1 in every 4 Saturday mornings from October to April on a rota basis.
The starting salary will be £20,124.00 with additional benefits depending on length of service.

Oil Service/Maintenance Engineer
Merretts Heating Services, based in Frocester, Gloucestershire, are looking for an Oil Service Engineer to join our ever-expanding company.
Applicants will need to be Oftec qualified with knowledge of servicing, fault finding, repairs and safety testing.
Applicants will be required to cover Gloucestershire as well as parts of Wiltshire, Herefordshire and Bristol. A full driving licence is essential.
Engineers will be expected to have a good manner. As it’s a customer facing role, as well as good communication skills. They need to be able to work efficiently on their own as well as being part of the wider team.
Successful applicants will be provided with a company vehicle, a mobile phone and uniform.
